The Problem

A Burnaby shopping centre's water bills had been rising for 18 months. The property manager suspected underground leaks but the plaza had 12 tenants on shared metering.

Detection Method

We conducted a whole-property acoustic correlation survey overnight. Three underground leaks were identified: two on the main service line and one on an irrigation lateral.

Results
